REACH Young Adults Group

A supportive social group for young adults with developmental disabilities. 

Our Young Adults Group is a welcoming and relaxed space for young people (ages 19–25) who are looking to build friendships, strengthen social skills, and feel more connected to their community. We meet the 1^st and 3^rd Monday of the month from 1:00-3:00 at REACH head office, 5050 47th Ave., Ladner, with additional optional evening meet-ups and community events throughout the year.

Participants will have the opportunity to:

• Build meaningful social connections
• Practice and strengthen social and communication skills
• Access and explore the community with support
• Learn practical life skills such as budgeting, taking public transit, and developing self-help skills
• Work toward personal developmental goals
• Have fun, meet peers, and connect in a supportive environment

This group is open to young adults aged 19–25 with developmental disabilities.
Self-referrals are welcome, and referrals from service providers are also accepted.
