REACH Music Therapy Upstagers Glee Club South

REACH ‘Upstagers’ Glee Club uses music to encourage teamwork, patience and self-confidence. Participants will use their imagination to take on different points of view and practice expressing different emotions in a fun and supportive environment!  Members will work with their peers to collaborate on a performance where they can showcase their musical talents for friends and family.  No previous experience is necessary, and participants of all abilities are welcome.

For participants:

4:35-5:15  music therapy session

5:15-5:30 snack and break

5:30-6:00 special musical or art project

6:00-6:30 meditation and relaxation to music
