UpStagers – Reach Glee Club North

For Caregivers:

REACH music therapy  glee club will use music to encourage teamwork, patience and self-confidence. Participants will use their imagination to take on different points of view and practice expressing different emotions in a fun and supportive environment!  Members will work with their peers to collaborate on a final performance where they can showcase their musical talents for friends and family.  No previous experience is necessary, and participants of all abilities are welcome.

For Participants:

Have you ever dreamed of being a pop star? Now’s your chance! Led by Note by Note Music Therapy, join Reach’s brand new “glee” club! After ten weeks you will have a chance to shine while performing for your family and friends. Come let your gleek flag fly!

4:05-4:45 music therapy session

4:45-5:00 snack and break

5:00-5:30 special musical or art project

5:30-6:00 meditation and relaxation to music
