Delta Firefighters Charitable Foundation donations from Harvest Festival are always significant and heartfelt. This year was no exception as members were on hand at Reach Child and Youth Development Society with a cheque for $65,000 that included a $25,000 donation from Brad Newell . Newell approached the stage during Harvest Fest night 2018 to announce this generous contribution and to put out a challenge to the community to match it. He hopes that the community will join in to raise an additional $25,000 to remove 12 more families from Reach Society’s Delta Connex waitlist.
