वयस्कता कार्यशाला में संक्रमण

This free online event held via ZOOM will be an introduction to the many things families should be aware of if they have a teenager with a development disability transitioning out of high school. This event is a must for families who have a youth with autism or a developmental disability aged 14 and older.

It will include:

• Reviewing the processes and paper work you will need to consider (eg. CLBC ( Community Living BC) , MCFD Navigators to help plan for transition )
• Applying for Persons with Disability Income Assistance
• Identifying where to access support online and in the community
• Plenty of opportunities to ask questions
