TSBC provides surfacing for REACH North Delta Playground

Our new community playground at Reach Inclusive Preschool North is ready for action! We are grateful to announce a $19,812.00 grant from Tire Stewardship BC that made the playground surfacing possible. The playground is accessible to children of all ages and abilities, fosters imaginative play and has sensory elements that are beneficial to children with ASD. Reach Society helps children with any kind of developmental delay including ASD. The physical development that comes to our children through playgrounds cannot be underestimated – strength, balance and agility are learned on them. Our new playground also incorporates indigenous themed equipment with a canoe and tipi included!
