什么是婴儿发展计划？

The Infant Development Program (IDP) works with families of children from birth to their third birthday. Infant Development Consultants support children’s early growth while offering families tailored support for individual children’s strengths and needs, including strategies and resources to nurture their child’s development.

服务说明：

Assess development in areas such as motor skills, communication, cognition and social-emotional growth.
Provide early intervention through individualized activities, play-based learning, and family-centred support.
Support parents/ caregivers to enhance their child’s development in everyday routines.
Create individualized family support plans setting goals in collaboration with families.
Collaborate with other community professionals such as Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech- Language Pathologists.
Advocate for families by connecting them with community resources and services.

合格：

入学标准：国内流离失所者
只要法定监护人给予口头或书面许可，任何人都可以转介儿童接受服务。儿童必须：
• 是不列颠哥伦比亚省的居民，并且居住在三角洲（集水区）
• 满足他们所需服务的年龄参数（出生至三岁生日）

过渡标准：
有时需要过渡到其他级别的服务或在一个计划/服务内进行过渡。由于以下原因可能需要过渡到另一个计划/服务：
• 身体和/或非身体需求的变化
• 环境变化

退出标准：
孩子将在以下情况下出院：
• 他们因年龄超出计划（三岁生日）
• 他们达到了里程碑——这将在与法定监护人的对话和协议中进行
• 他们搬出了致远星的集水区
